Helping Your Bunnies Become Buddies—for Life

Gentle, supportive bonding—at your place or ours

Bonding rabbits isn’t always love at first sight. It takes time, patience, and a little know-how. Whether you're trying to help your bunnies click at home or they're staying with us during bonding camp, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to help your rabbits learn to live peacefully together—and help you feel more confident reading their behaviour and responding to their needs.

Our Approach to Bonding

Understanding first. Respect always.

Bonding can be tricky—rabbits are naturally territorial, and introductions don’t always go smoothly. That’s where we come in. Our Rabbit Bonding Program is designed to gently desensitise your rabbits to one another in a safe, neutral space. With careful observation, personalised plans, and behavioural insights, we’ll help your buns transition from uncertain acquaintances to happy housemates—whether it’s a pair, trio, or more.

📌  Note: All rabbits must be desexed. We also require that bunnies are up to date with health checks and stable before beginning bonding. If your rabbit is recovering from surgery or managing a condition like EC, ear infections, or kidney disease, we’ll need to wait until they’re in a more stable place before we begin.

Things to Keep in Mind Before Booking

We know bonding can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. Here are a few things to think about before you commit:

  1. It takes time. Most rabbits don’t bond overnight. It could take days, weeks, or even months.

  2. History matters. If your bunnies have fought before or shared space too soon, it may take longer to rebuild trust.

  3. Be prepared. Some pairs may only tolerate each other by the end of the package. Ongoing work at home is often needed.

  4. Emotional stamina helps. It’s totally normal to feel drained by the ups and downs. Breaks can help both you and the buns reset.

⚠️ We don’t accept short-term bonding requests (under 2 weeks) for rabbits with behavioural or medical complications, or a history of failed bonding. Promising a bond in just a few days is risky—and not in your rabbits’ best interest.

⚠️ We don’t offer stress bonding methods to start with, like locking rabbits in carriers or taking them on car rides. These techniques can be harmful to your rabbits. If you’re seeking advice on stress bonding, we may not be the right fit for you. Our approach focuses on gentle, positive bonding methods.
